I doubt it, we are talking about an equilibrium reaction governed by 
the law of mass action, this has outcomes, one is the output 
equilibrium and the other is the dynamic effects of what is 
happening defined by the states and concentrations of the molecules 
on both sides of the reaction. Change one variable and you change 
everything else as well, changing the dwell time is bound to change 
the massflow.
