[Stoves] Burning coal in cookstoves

Dear Tom and Crispin,

Our friend Sam, who manages stove exports from Shenzhou, China for
Aprovecho, agrees with you. He writes that "we mixed with some percent of
un-treated carboniferous in the coal briquette" which lowered sulfur
emissions.

Sounds like this is part of the composition of the honeycomb briquettes sold
in China.
