Actually, the activities ProBEC is involved in are all technically 
conditional on performance in the field, AND on top of that we have to sell 
the stove in a commercially viable manner and using a business model that 
can expand on its own without additional funding.

That is the routine here in the SADC countries.

Perhaps we forgot to announce it.  That is why we take performance, 
evaluation, manufacturing quality and production methods so seriously.  In 
effect we are launching self-sustaining small manufacturing industries in 
some of the most 'difficult to work in' environments in the world selling 
profitable to people with nearly no money.  Nice work if you can get it....
