[Stoves] Temperatures of pot-skirts?

Martin,
we use metal pot skits
 see http://www.bioenergylists.org/en/cedrocketvideoaug27
for external skit - adjustable

in  http://www.bioenergylists.org/en/cedcookingvideoaug28
there is a two burner model where you have an option of inserting a pot 7
liters or less into a fixed skirt area or a larger pot on top of the
griddle.

We have never measured the skirt temperatures,
