[Stoves] Avocado Peel

If we're looking for oil rich biomass products conveniently small and
adapted to our own region, we could ask a rodent.

When building our house, mice would pile little pyramids of seeds to store
for the winter under tarps, pieces of paper, stacked boards, etc.

Sweeping them off the floor decking one Fall day, I noticed that there were
quarter sized oil stains on the wood from where I'd stepped on individual
seeds. They were full of oil. These seeds were less than an eighth inch in
diameter. The mice piled absolutely pure stacks of them -- not mixing
species. Obviously they were storing a high caloric type.

Generally with fluid fuels we try to "atomize" fuel particles and blow them
into a furnace body. Here we have a pretty uniform small particle size of a
densified fuel, obviously high in oil content and calorific value ideally
suited to the local climate, a native variety, aprobably a "weed", and
literally piled on our doorstep.

Are we goiing to take the hint?

I didn't, but perhaps somebody here will.

I will leave it someone else to suggest we train mice to harvest our fuel
for us. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd have to get rid of my tractor.

ps. and yes I did try to grow the seeds but they didn't germinate --
probably need stratification. Wasn't able to identify them online either.

But of course, this variety is appropriate perhaps only for my bio-region.

What about yours?
