The last batch of switchgrass fireballs took about 13 minutes and in that 
amount of time I also had to remove the rocks.

I was also thinking about one drum with a section for ball milling and the 
other section, divided with an internal ring,  for agglomerating. I've 
noticed that when ball milling the mixer likes to spit out nice size 
pre-agglomerations. But I'm not sure if that would be reliable.
