[Stoves] Energy usage making grass balls

Jeff's fireball making process has minimal energy requirements. From our
studies on grass pellets .8 GJ/tonne of grass produced is used in grass
cultivation and .5GJ/tonne is used in the processing to make fuel pellets.
Most of the energy used would be in the N fertilizer for switchgrass
cultivation (see table 2 of the report "Use of SG pellets as a GHG offset
strategy" in our on-line library or try the link below).

It might be interesting if legumes were used in combination with switchgrass
or other tropical grasses. Potentially you could completely avoid the use of
fossil fuels if you used N fixing grasses or legume/grass mixtures, animal
horsepower for the harvest and Crispin's nice cement mixer for fireball
production.
