An AGA stove is most assuredly the most expensive cooking stove on
the planet -- http://www.aga-ranges.com/ -- has multiple ovens and
burners which are all always "on" so you never wait for an oven to come
up to temp, you just pop the food in the appropriate oven (they are at
various temps) and the whole thing is well insulated so it doesn't heat
up the kitchen. We figured that the cost for us, here, with what we
currently pay for natural gas, would be about $14 USD a month to use it,
for the biggest one. Not that we can even begin to afford to buy the
stove, I think they start at about $10,000. But they do cook extremely
well! Maybe if we win the lotto, eh? 8-)
