Tom, I get about an hour a month for test runs! A simple modification can
take two to three months to do in my spare time. So at this rate it will
take me about 40 years to measure the out put, etc. ..... Dream on...
With wood pellets I did consume about 20 lbs in one hour so one could
reverse calculate from there. That may have been too high of a SV for ~5"
fire tube.

One would have to size the gasifier to Crispins needs.
I have a kiln for casting aluninum that I plan to connect up to this
gasifier. About twenty years ago I built it but never used it. I did fire
it once with NG to cure the refractory. So maybe by fall I'll get it moved
over.
I also wish to produce a castable refractory (using this gasifier) for
these gasifiers. So I will be building a kiln for this function.
Well, my break is over, gatta get back to work.
