[Stoves] Lighting projects?

Hello All,

I'm looking for information about lighting projects in developing 
countries. Some of you were present at the ETHOS meeting in January 
where I gave a presentation on Iowa State University's efforts in rural 
Mali. Our attempts there to introduce lighting into one of the villages 
have been mixed in terms of success so far, and we're looking for other 
technologies, other approaches, and other distribution models.

In particular, I'm interested to get in contact with any NGOs or 
businesses who have previous or existing projects that concern providing 
lighting to off-grid rural folks in developing nations. Web searches 
have not been terribly fruitful so far, but I know this stuff must be 
out there and I just haven't asked the right "question" yet. Any 
contacts or leads would be greatly appreciated.
