[Stoves] Usage of TLUD stoves

Paul, and others,

These days a power point presentation format is a pretty easy way to make
posters and graphic presentations. These are now easily translated into pdf
files and images for online or on screen presentation. If you're courageous
enough to do a little "market" testing there are 600 critics here online who
I'm sure would generously offer comments and suggestions. :-)

Tom Reed and I talk about having more written materials specific for 
TLUDs. Possibly we will have something by mid-July for Stove Camp to 
see in draft
