[Stoves] Fuel equivalents

Is there a set of  equations I can use to figure out from a fuel standpoint how much
green wood = dry wood = charcoal fuel = charcoal debris
for specific types of wood?

And where are some good charts for looking at the different amounts of energy available in different varieties of wood?  I can interlibrary loan print resources if there are some good ones available that are not archived on the internet.
