[Stoves] Billion Stoves Program

This refers to the height of stoves.   The height of the rocket stove is
often used by the rural women as an excuse for rejecting it. Actually, it is
the requirement of burning thin slivers of wood that the women do not like
about this stove. They do not like to spend time and energy on splitting
wood into thin slivers.  The kerosene stoves, both the model that required
kerosene to be pumped or the one provided with wicks, were universally
accepted in India, although they were significantly taller than the normal
wood-burning stoves. But now-a-days, with the high price of kerosene, they
have gone out of use. I therefore feel, that if a stove is really user
friendly, women would use it, in spite of its height, width or length.
