Dear C.V.Krishna,

with the ICPS (Improved Charcoal Production System), which is
a new and innovative "low-cost retort kiln"- and which costs about
300 Euro per unit to construct-
we produce charcoal with an efficiency or yield of about 35% or more
referred to the dry weight of the initial wood.
These retort kilns are already working in Kenya, Turkey and Germany.

Owners or of wood plantation are in a good benefit and motivated to plant
more wood if they can add this much value to it by using a this more
environmentally friendly charcoal production system!

Not to mention that retort kilns are known to reduce harmful emissions
into the atmosphere by up to 75% !
2,4 Millions tons/year of charcoal is produced (and 1 Million in Zambia)
alone, mostly by an inefficient earth-mount kiln method.
lets start and and fight against this waste of wood and bio-mass
by using modern and cheap retort kilns which are adapted
to rural areas.....!
best
Chris Adam
