Hi all,
We have recently seen several self evaluation by some participants about the
India Improved Cooking Stove Program. For those interested to see another
evaluation, wider in scope, the following article could add other important
facts and insights:
"Boiling Point No 48 2002 23
The Indian stove programme: an insider's view –
the role of society, politics, economics and
education
*by Bhaskar Sinha, National Institute of Science, Technology & Development
Studies (NISTADS), CSIR, New Delhi*

I hope you enjoy reading it ,as I did, for its possible lessons specially
for those who would like to actively promote "a billion clean stoves".
