How much money is spent worldwide on improving household energy? 

 

I'm trying to put some kind of monetary value on the global efforts to
improve health and conserve energy in cooking. If you add up all the money
spent by the governments and NGO's on improved cookstoves, solar cookers,
fuel, indoor air pollution due to cooking, reforestation due to fuelwood,
etc. what is the current worldwide spending?

 

If you know of any economic studies of this, even on a local, national or
regional basis,  please cite the references.
