[Stoves] Compact biogas plant

Dear AD,

Thanks much for this wonderful contribution of the compact biogass  
plant.   We thought of adding ballast to simple bracing across the  
open bottom of the upper (floating tank)  instead of the existing  
overhead frame, as it could possibly, result in a much cleaner  
looking and less expensive construction. What do you think ? If it  
works for you, please feel free to use it.
Its a small way of saying thanks to you for all your pioneering efforts.
