Steve and Andrew,

Nice rendering.  I would only comment on two things:

First, the heat shield can not extend to the bottom of the bucket or there
is not way for the air to enter the primary or secondary ports.
Second, while I did not show it, I did make a small table out of sheetmetal
(bent the corners down on  a square piece of metal to make 3/4" legs) to act
as a heat shield on the bottom.  The "table" just sits in the bottom of the
bucket.

I will upload a bit of a video of the stove in action if I can figure out
how to shorten it from 4 gbits.  The picture I included was right at the
beginning of the burn before any real gasification was occurring -- still
burning the lighter fluid.
