[Stoves] Garbage-powered stove in Kenya

My my, how history repeats itself. We thought we were the first to  
introduce this tech in Tanzania in 77. It turned out to come from  
some long resident missionaries which means that it probably came  
from or in cooperation with some indigenious citisens who had openly  
shared it openly but whose names were lost  subsequently...
Heres to the lost pioneers whomever you are and to the future of the  
tech in Kibera.  Only this time around we hope to get it right not  
inventing and hoarding but made, serviced and sold locally but shared  
globally...
