I concur with Crispin - if you have not already looked at a few key tabs at the top of that site then its a great place to start. Some of my favorite tabs are Design, Stoves, and Country - all of which are compendiums according to those subjects; there is not room for much description within these long lists since, they are only meant to point to articles. You just have to start clicking on links and something will turn up that is appropriate for your situation. And then ask us all for details of those stoves.
I might start with the Country tab, in case there are commonalities between Tanzania and other nearby countries, for example. Or you may start at Fuels, as has been suggested in case your region uses charcoal or another specific fuel.
