Charlie, Crispin,

We are always looking for ways to make information more accessible on the
Biomass Cooking Stoves site so it is very helpful to understand what tabs or
information you find useful.

Please pass along and suggestion or recommendations you may have to improve
the site.

More than 300,000 people from 189 countries have accessed the site over the
last year. We'd like to continue to make it a useful resource.

Kind regards,

Tom Miles

Stephanie,

I concur with Crispin - if you have not already looked at a few key tabs at
the top of that site then its a great place to start. Some of my favorite
tabs are Design, Stoves, and Country - all of which are compendiums
according to those subjects; there is not room for much description within
these long lists since, they are only meant to point to articles. You just
have to start clicking on links and something will turn up that is
appropriate for your situation. And then ask us all for details of those
stoves.

I might start with the Country tab, in case there are commonalities between
Tanzania and other nearby countries, for example. Or you may start at
Fuels, as has been suggested in case your region uses charcoal or another
specific fuel.

I also go through this same process with an older stoving site
http://www.repp.org/discussiongroups/resources/stoves/
where there are photos of stoves on this particular index page, and many
separate tabs as well.
