That depends.  Remember the huts which self-destructed when the new, 
lower pollution stoves were installed?  It was because the vermin in 
the roof were controlled by the pollution.

If the hut can evacuate x grams of pollutant per minute, and the 
lower pollution stove produces less than that, it is possible for the 
actual pollutant doses to be lower or higher.
