Not really.  Bellows tends to be a "spurt" of air, then refilling and another
spurt.  I need a nice consistent flow.  Two-directional air pumps (sort 
of like
a bellows) exist, but also has spurts and calms.

I am working on a manual blower for short runs (30 seconds to 2 minutes 
max) to
use with the natural draft TLUDs to get them to higher temperatures (more
gases) when needed.
