Martin and I had a short discussion about bellows last July.

While a bellows is not necessarily simple, it is a very old and known
technology in most areas of the world.

Organ builders overcame the "spurt" of air by blowing air first into a
weighted bellows which then provided a continuous flow to the pipes.

When the electric blower stops working, a bellows made by a local
craftsman may be the expedient option to keep a TLUD operational.
