[Stoves] Calculating th LHV for Biomass and Coal

Dear Patient Friends

Just checking the volatiles value needed to get 29.77 for 'average charcoal'
and retaining the 82.1% Carbon figure gives an unlikely heat content for the
volatiles of 15.87 MJ/Kg.

The only way around this is to prove the C content is higher than 82.1% in
'average charcoal'.
