By the way, what is the minimum test requirement for these cook stoves?

Surely there is no reason to have the best stove tested be the recipient
of the funding when there are other features that attract the customer.

Of course higher testing is helpful for the inventor/scientist.

Furthermore, as time goes on the minimum requirement can be raised.
