Thanks Tom,
...but frankly it was not my initiative that started the group.  
Rather it was due to a one  Joel Chaney from the UK, who is working  
in Ghana currently. The neat thing about the list is that is is  
almost all based on actual practitioners and trainers in the  
developing nations...
