No I assumed it was out of production long ago, I had the impression
it was Victorian. If I go back there I'll get more details. I shall
keep a look out for similar chimney pots still on buildings.

I try to steer away from that word as it implies the energy is wasted.
In fact it means to turn to ash, my thoughts on this pot was it would
make a large tlud device and this would make heat and char with little
pollution with dry biomass, a candidate for wealthy world terra preta
enthusiasts?
