Dear Dr. Richard,

I am happy that you have responded to my inquiry, by citing examples from within East Africa. Like i have mentioned in another email, Let me set out to establish data( quantities of bio mass available). then I will communicate these to you. I am also talking to different persons within tanzania including government to think of doing something. I know that I am a mere ethusiast. I have the desire to make these hsuks into something useful but personally do not have access to any funding at all. But I am optimistic that by bringing this to the public, hopefully investor might be identified to exploit this watsed resource. What i can do perhaps is to demonstrate the different technoloies on a small/ pilot scale for others to see the potentialities.
