Dear Crispin,
    As Rob and Nordica pointed out there was indeed an error in that particular
cell of the WBT data calculation sheet.  The rest of the calculations do not
depend on the content of this cell.  We all missed the error originally as the
error was small and the rest of the spreadsheet was unchanged.  The error was
originally caught by Arne Jacobson of Humbolt State.  The correction was made
some time ago.  I just checked the WBT data calculation sheet on the CEIHD site
at Berkeley and it looks like they are using the corrected formula.  I accessed
the spreadsheet at the current CEIHD site.

    Thanks for taking the time to look through the spreadsheet and express
concern.  This stuff is complicated and it helps to have another set of eyes
looking at these things.
