Dear Ken

Thanks for jumping with that timely reminder.  I completely agree.  The only
problem I have had was that no one seems to be make the devices available.
The advantage of simple mechanical devices is they can probably be repaired.

Are the parts suited to CNC production in a higher tech environment? China
is not always the best place to manufacture where little labour is involved.

Is it true there are viable designs hanging around that might be used
without incurring legal fees?  Perhaps someone can be enticed to bring at
last one working device onto the market as a favour to Mankind.
