I think the quantity is out of the question with 2% sulphur, however for
0.5% it looks attractive.
At 1/4 of 480gm = 120 gm and not even trying to get out all of it, perhaps
60 to 100 gm added to the raw coal is a believable number. It is probably
worth trying at 10%.
If it is in the form of active lime (cement without ground clay) it would
make good binder as well.
As there is so much H2O in the coal it might 'dry' it in the sense of taking
moisture from the coal to hydrate the lime (to reappear later).
One problem might be the ash content which is 20% and one would need to see
what the interaction between the lime and the ash was, at temperature. The
ash is well described.
