[Stoves] re availability of Torrefaction information

I hope that we have reached the point that we all assume that everyone has googled the subject they are interested in - what a modern boon for access to information! If google refers to a number of good sites then we hope that any particular one is not essential, since many others (and the people behind them) hopefully can make up the gap.

In this case googling "torrefied wood" (quotes not necessary) led me to all kinds of interesting places - I follow leads for patents also, and only if a "for pay" research article seems truly indispensable will I try extra hard to get it. Your nearest university library (via a colleague there?) will probably have it, or someone on these email lists may have a subscription to a service with access - my guess is that circulating an electronic copy amongst friends, like if you did so with a photocopy, for non-commercial purposes would be OK.. But I am not a lawyer.

The paper linked to on ScienceDirect looks interesting, but is not
available to those of us with limited resources -- or who are not
members of academic institutions with a subscription.

Is there any (legal & ethical) way these valuable resources can be
shared with the rest of us?

Lacking that, I did find another paper which is free, at
http://hem.fyristorg.com/zanzi/paper/zanzi_apisceuVI.pdf which may be
of interest.
