[Stoves] electrical plugs for Woodgas Camp Stoves

I bought a handful of spare plugs from my local-electronics-store-filled-with-junk so that I could make up assorted power sources for my stoves - 3 AA rechargeable NiMH batteries (to get the same voltage as 2 AA alkalines), a variable voltage power supply, my crank flashlight, a gerbil powered wheel, and so on.

it is easiest to just take the supplied plug in and say "I need a dozen more of these.", then replace the plug on any adapter that delivers ~3.5 VDC or so. Or splice something like a 20 ohm, 5 watt variable resistor (or a pulse width modulator circuit) in with a 5 VDC (maximum - just in case some cranks it to full power) adapter and you have access to the full range of fan speeds, and a tad more. Between 2 and 5 volts the firepower is approximately linearly dependent on the voltage - within the noise.

But maybe that was more than you wanted to know Crispin - I am a huge fan of these stoves and look forward to working with the larger capacity model!

I really meant is there a receptacle for a plug from a suitable adaptor so I
don't have to buy batteries if I have power in the house. Lots of low
income homes have at least some power.

Thanks
Crispin
