i hear what you are saying and with most models now available in the middle
and higher price bracket thats right. but in the lower price ranges - and
with a lot of pre-paid service providers - in the west the old plug-ins are
still common since they use mostly reconditioned models.
but also please don't forget that here in africa we are still the dumping
ground for over production and for 2nd hand imports by the container load -
that's the model your average hungry african can afford.
