    Look for POLYSTYRENE FOAM  2x2x0,3 m or glue together  what you can find
3x0,1 m .

Put a  35 cm long pin in the center .

A NiCr  heating wire of 0,3 mm thick  at adjustable voltage  ( 220 V  for
3Meter long = 800W    red heat .   100V =  200° C   so 0,5 m heater wire
needs 15-30 V )

Cuts  a 2m diameter disq by melting with the hot wire ..

   A fixingpoint at the focuspoint ,  2 meter above the circonfrence is used
with a steel wire of 2 meter to fix a  5 cm U-form  heater wire , 1mm NiCr
on a few Volts with isolated cupper wires . XY movements with the heated
wire wil cut a nice parabole of 2 meter .

With  starch glue or special liquid  glue for polystyrene you can glue
kitchen ALU-FOIL  O,1mm thick strips of 10 X 50 cm into the sfere .

Directet to the sun  with a black cookpots botom in the focuspoint wil cook
your meal for free 



 

    Massa  production  for BENIN : make an inverse  plaster  mold . 

 Hip of soil  + plaster . Centerpoint + cutting curved plate + foot .
Dismountable circonference plate mould .Separating  talkpowder or oil
glyserine .

Two component liquid POLYUERETANE  FOAM .   After mixing ;within 1 MINUTE
it expands 45 times into   the mould .

A parallel cover mould at 7 cm  saves material .
