[Stoves] Testing glues for briquettes

Hi George,

I agree we are looking for one standard for all but I disagree about
having only one test standard. I'm a down to the earth type person and
like something like the drop test. This kind of test can be done as the
product is being made or sold. But in the name of science and or deeper
understanding we need something like what Frank is talking about. This
kind of testing may only be done a few times where the drop test will be
used over and over but this level of understanding is needed.
