That's what I learned with chopped grasses. The Twister Top (vortex air)
SEEMS to help burning wet pine so far no time to test this modification
with grass. I Have not been harvesting any of the charcoal just burning
to completion.

I've been burning fist size and larger pine wood in the Twister Top with
good results, in regards to smoke. Just don't add too much raw fuel on
top.
It seems to be able to go from inverted down draft gasifier to
incinerator device.
