Hello Stove Experts and Afficionados,
I was recently asked by a Canadian agency in Peru to come there (200 km SE of Lima - coastal, desert area) to introduce the people to stoves that : a) Can remove smoke from houses and cut firewood use, b) Are made cheaply of local materials (in this case mud, clay, sand, water).
I have spent 3 weeks researching many websites and spoken to a few experts in Canada and the USA, and so somewhat familiar. I need hands-on building experience appropriate to the Peru coast have found so far few solid contacts in Peru.
PRESSING QUESTION
Does anyone have contact info for appropriate stove projects, builders and/or trainers now working in Peru (preferably not too far from Lima and meeting a) and b) above???
ANY leads most appreciated!

PS. I'm also looking for some kind of survey/data collection tool to identify the specific needs of people in rural, poor situations and still using open fires.
