[Strawbale] leather uses

The consensus on leather bales seems to be in favor of other uses.
Particularly since the shoe leather scraps are toxic when wet or burned, it
seems by putting them in a building you're just postponing their eventual
destruction, and putting responsibility in the hands of some laborer who
perhaps doesn't know, or doesn't care, how to properly dispose of the
material.  At least now the manufacturer knows they must be dealt with
responsibly.

I'm going to suggest looking for "highest and best" use...composite leather
table tops? Floors? The possibilities seem wide open...
