[Strawbale] looking for strawbale builder-contractor in Wenatchee area

Does anyone know of a builder contractor who would be willing to build a strawbale home  for a nice family in the Wenatchee Washington area?
   
  They have asked me to design it which I only feel I can do if there is a team to get it built, in place.
