     We were just at the MREA Energy Fair, and had discussions with both SB 
builders who use plastic mesh and those who use metal.   Each claims the other 
method is a real hassle.  But no disagreement about current on the metal mesh 
being a problem.

     I'd be interested in hearing comments on any difficulties SB builders 
have encountered with plastic mesh.
