Besides which, while trying to maintain your balance while standing on
one foot in a thunderstorm, you may forget to be worried about a
lightning strike--especially if anyone *sees* you and wonders why you
are doing such an odd thing when you are getting wet and neglecting to
find a low spot to hunker down in until the lightning threat passes.

I don't know about you folks, but there is a definitely limited time I
could stand on one foot for any purpose, particularly when feeling
like something of an a** in doing so.
