Running in that situation is extremely dangerous. What electricians
are taught to do in such a situation is to take very,very tiny shuffling steps,
very quickly, till they are out of the area.
Taking these tiny steps results in very small step potential between
your two feet.
By tiny, I mean one foot extends just maybe halfway past the other foot.
Tiny steps.
