This *really* is getting off topic and has crossed the line of not 
belonging here.  Please either have some strawbale relevance or take 
this discussion elsewhere.

Talking about whether the wire in a SB stucco is or is not a faraday 
cage, or will attract EMF *is* relevant.  Getting into the nitty 
gritty of EMF and debating whether it has or has not any effects on 
human health belongs elsewhere.
