[Strawbale] paint on outside in side of stucco

This is the formula that I used. I have found that the scratch coat  
cracked but that was all until the  finish coat. I have some  
shrinkage cracks in the colour coat. I don't know anything about  
painting  I used Imasco dyes for the colour and it worked great. Also  
Divit makes a stucco paint that is vapor permeable.
