No matter what anybody says, my *personal* opinion about the part of 
the discussion which started to debate whether ELF/EMF is a health 
hazard has nothing to do with construction.  That belongs on a forum 
for discussion of health issues.  How to use wire, whether wire will 
attract or conduct ELF/EMF is definitely part of discussion on SB 
__construction__, which is the topic of this list.

HOWEVER, the way I run this list is that I apply what I feel to be 
guidelines that are sensible until the community shows me that the 
majority opinion is different from my own (and my 25+ years 
participating in Internet forums/newsgroups in general and knowing 
how they *should* be run).  Since I have had 5 people tell me that 
this topic should continue, and 1 tell me that I correctly asked it 
to stop, I have to assume that the *vocal* majority (767 subscribers 
have said nothing) represent those who care and would like to 
continue the discussion.  Therefore, I retract my request to stop this topic.

But, be very clear, that if you read my initial post carefully,

what I asked to stop was only what was getting into a debate about 
the health effects.  I still believe that that part of the discussion 
does not belong here.
