[Strawbale] Fence stretcher is fantastic bale retier

A friend of mine to whom I'll give credit for this great idea came by with a fence stretcher one day. Here he said use this to retie your bales. WOW!!  Two people with a little practice can retie 20 full bales into 40 resized bales in one hour. And really tight too. What a tool. Beats my bale compressor that I fabricated by 2 to 1.
