If anyone is interested in some pictures let me know with a personal email 
address, Tried posting pics to a Kodak site but it's not so friendly.

It is all pretty easy to operate the stretcher. I use twine. Someone 
ratchets the stretcher while someone else pulls the twine so it doesn't 
slip.  Wire would work too.

The Idea of a banding tool should work very well too. Banding tools are a 
little expensive I believe BUT the time saved and the quality of bales is 
the ultimate goal isn't it.
