Registration has really picked up for the International Straw Bale Building
Conference to be held at Lakefield, Ontario (near Peterborough) Canada
September 24 to October 1, 2006.  We've got registrants from Canada, the
United States, Belgium, France, New Zealand, Denmark, Sri Lanka, Mongolia,
and Japan.  The ISBBC Committee of the OSBBC has put together an excellent
slate of speakers featuring the biggest names in straw bale construction
presenting the most current research findings and construction techniques.
Workshop attendees will be able to take part in lecture, discussion, and
hands-on workshops.  ISBBC evenings will feature speakers, live music,
dancing, social opportunities, and the 2006 Straw Bale Olympics.
 
If you've been thinking about attending now is the time to register.  Prices
go up by CAD$50 per person August 1, 2006.
